TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
- The promoter of this competition is [BEYOND MEDIA GLOBAL LIMITED] of [17A, 103 LEIGHTON ROAD, CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG] promoting on behalf of Juicy Protein owned by [SUPREME IMPORTS LIMITED] of [125 TRAFFORD WHARF ROAD, TRAFFORD PARK, MANCHESTER, M17 1HA] (“Promoter”).
2. Competition name and campaign period
- Competition name: [Juicy Protein Hong Kong Giveaway].
- Campaign period: 12 November 2025 (10:00am HKT) to 30 November 2025 (23:59 HKT) inclusive.
- Entry deadline: All qualifying entries for judging will be counted up to and including 30 November 2025 at 23:59 Hong Kong Time (HKT). Entries after this date/time will not be counted.
3.Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Hong Kong aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers and agents of the Promoter, its parent and related companies, advertising or promotion agencies, contracted influencers/KOLs, Circle K, and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to enter.
- By entering, entrants warrant that they are eligible to participate.
4.How to enter (qualifying entry)
- There are two qualifying entry methods. No purchase is necessary to enter. Each qualifying Instagram post that meets the requirements below counts as one entry. Posts must be new public Instagram posts made during the campaign period and must tag and follow the Promoter’s official Instagram account [@juicyproteinhk] and include the campaign hashtag [#letsgetjuicytogether] in the caption.
A. Primary method
- No purchase is necessary to enter. Take a photograph of yourself holding one or more Juicy Protein bottles at an iconic Hong Kong location of your choice.
- Post the photo to Instagram as a new public post during the campaign period, tag and follow [@juicyproteinhk] and include [#letsgetjuicytogether].
- The Juicy Protein product must be visible in the photo.
B. Alternative entry
- No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, post any Juicy Protein bottles that you see on shelves in Circle K, post the photo to Instagram as a new public post during the campaign period, tag and follow [@juicyproteinhk].
- This alternative entry method is provided as an alternative way to participate; Entering through the primary entry method does not improve chances of winning.
All posts must remain public until the end of the winner verification period. Private posts or posts that are deleted before verification will be disqualified.
5. Entry requirements and restrictions
- Entries must not contain obscene, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise illegal content.
- Entrants must be the original creator of the submitted content and must hold all rights necessary to grant the Promoter the rights set out below.
- Automated entries, entries generated by bots, or any use of third-party services to generate fraudulent engagement (including but not limited to purchase of likes, mass-following/unfollowing or engagement pods) are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Each Instagram account may only enter the contest once. Attempts to circumvent entry limits by creating multiple accounts or using false identities are prohibited.
6. Winner selection and prize
- Grand prize: Top ten (10) most creative posts’ owners will receive 50 bottles of 500ml Juicy Protein each.
- The winners of the Instagram posts (posting deadline: 30 Nov 2025, 23:59 HKT) will be selected by the promoter’s marketing team according to the following criteria including but not limited to creativity, relevance to theme, originality, overall appeal, etc. Decisions of the marketing team are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. No element of luck is involved.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and a winner’s eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or appears fraudulent. If the selected winner is disqualified, the Promoter may select an alternate winner.
7. Winner notification and claiming the prize
- The potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within ten (10) calendar days after the Entry deadline.
- The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification and follow instructions to claim the Prize, including but not limited to providing proof of identity.
- The Prize will be delivered at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for any transportation costs.
8. Publicity and use of entries
- By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and otherwise exploit the submitted images and captions for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes in any media without further compensation or notice, including after the campaign ends.
- Entrants consent to the use of their Instagram handle and submitted content for publicity purposes.
9. Data protection
- By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter’s collection, use and disclosure of personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and the fulfilment of the Prize. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy https://juicyprotein.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy and applicable Hong Kong data protection laws.
10. Liability and indemnity
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not received for any reason.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents, representatives and assigns are not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury, or loss of life arising from or in connection with participation in the competition or receipt or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- By entering, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter from any claims, losses or liabilities arising from their entry, any use of their submitted content, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Intellectual property warranty
- Entrants warrant that their submitted content is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and that they have obtained any necessary permissions for the use of any third-party images, music, or trademarks contained in their entry. Entrants indemnify the Promoter for any breach of this warranty.
12. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes will be posted at [www.juicyproteinhk.com/terms-condition-contest].
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute arising from this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- Instagram is not a sponsor of, nor is it associated with, this competition. Entrants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
- The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.

14. Scoring Criteria & Weights (Total 100 points)
- Relevance to brief and theme (30%)
- Primary: entrant holding Juicy Protein is clearly and prominently featured at a recognizable Hong Kong location; the location is identifiable or reasonably inferable.
- Alternative: Juicy Protein on a Circle K shelf is clearly and prominently featured; retail context is identifiable and accurately depicted.
- Brand and theme alignment (“Let’s get juicy together”) is clear without misrepresentation. Scale guidance:
- 0–5: minimally relevant or unclear subject
- 6–15: adequately relevant; subject meets baseline brief
- 16–24: strong alignment; clear HK/Circle K context
- 25–30: outstanding alignment; instantly communicates the brief
- Creativity and originality (25%)
- Fresh concept, perspective, or setup; avoids clichés; thoughtful use of setting/props. Scale:
- 0–5 low originality
- 6–15 solid creativity
- 16–22 very creative
- 23–25 exceptional originality
- Composition and technical quality (20%)
- Framing, focus, lighting, color, and clarity; minimal distracting elements; product legible. Scale:
- 0–5 poor technical execution
- 6–12 acceptable
- 13–17 strong
- 18–20 professional-level execution
- Brand presentation and visibility (15%)
- Juicy Protein brand is clear, respectful, and not distorted; no competing brand dominance. Scale:
- 0–3 unclear/misleading brand presence
- 4–9 clear brand presence
- 10–15 exemplary brand presentation
- Caption and storytelling (10%)
- Caption includes #letsgetjuicytogether and adds context or story (e.g., why the location matters, moment captured, flavor shoutout); clean grammar; no misleading claims. Scale:
- 0–2 minimal/no caption value
- 3–6 adds some context
- 7–10 compelling storytelling
Tie-breaking Rules:
- First: higher score on Relevance to brief and theme.
- Second: higher score on Creativity and originality.
- Third: higher score on Composition and technical quality.
- Final: earlier timestamp of a valid qualifying entry during the campaign period.
